I have actually cut a muslin for this, but not sewed it together.Why don't you think this looks good on you? I am wondering about that myself, many of the reviewers are curvier than I am, so I am interested to see how this looks.

I'm definitely not as curcy as the women who looked so nice in this dress. I've noticed that I generally don't like dresses with a form fitting bodice that attaches to a slim(ish) skirt. Making the flanges is worthwhile even if the dress doesn't work for you. I could see how I might like to do flanges on the top of other dresses that looked fine on my waist/hips
