This is so very pretty, your son is right. And the ruffle is a very nice touch, especially the overlap at the back, like a flower petal. Such lovely fabric, too! I think the pattern is mislabled in PR's data-base though, as it says misses skirts. I wonder if there is someplace you could post to alert someone to change the pattern info. Again, though, beautiful!

Very nice job, with all details -- ruffles, french seam, everything. After seeing yours, I'd like to make this for my granddaughter -- She loves shrugs. Simple projects always take a lot of time for me, so 3 days would be par for the course for this one. Still, with the french seam and your work with the ruffler, I wouldn't call it simple.
