	said... I have made up this skirt three times and it can be done in less than 3 hours with a professional look. Great without hose to wear with a shell or twinset. To make it a little more formal, try the Kimono jacket with it. Great fit (note it doesn't have much ease) that is flattering to all figure types even if you are a plus size.
