I think your panties look very RTW. I love the enclosed elastic on the legs. I hate elastic touching me. I may have to give these a try. Thanks for the review! 5/15/04 9:04 PM
Hilary said... Very nice!! I love that elastic you used in the waistband, it looks so pretty and comfy! I also have a problem w/ lace at the waist- they don't even make it thru one wearing before I rip it to shreds :o( Oh well yours look a whole lot more comfortable anyway. Thanks for the review! 5/15/04 10:54 PM

Meredith P said... Nice job, Gina. These are my favorite style, with the seam up the center back. I buy them in RTW, because the CB seam eliminates "diaper sag" in the back. I have this pattern, which I'm still working on the sizing ;-) 5/16/04 1:32 PM

Skymom said... Gina, I've used this pattern for several years, and I love the style too. I chose it because it's identical to some very expensive RTW undies I bought (at TJ Maxx, for much less), so now every time I make a pair, I think "Oh, I just saved about $12!" Also, "Granny Panty" look aside, these are actually great under a slinky skirt, because they have no side seams, and the CB seam doesn't ever show; and having the waist actually come up to the waist is a good thing for avoiding VPL under clingy clothes. 5/16/04 3:12 PM
