Rhonda Noah said... Jennifer, yes the neck and armsyes both have a band that is folded in half and sewn to the edge, turned up then and top stitched. I'm not so sure how this would look in some fabrics, but my woven stripe looked really great using this method to finish the edges. There are 1/4" SA, so if you wanted you could probably serge and turn under the edge for an even faster version. Or, from what I've seen in the shops this summer, just serge and leave it go at that! Oh, and the straps are a bit cut in, so I'll probably add lingerie guards to keep the underwear under cover. 5/25/04 2:34 AM
