Looks like you did a nice job with the sewing, sorry you were unhappy with your fabric choice. I know what you mean about the drapability of a fabric, I recently finished a Simp. easy to sew pattern and felt like I was wearing a smocked "scrub". Nonetheless, your top turned out nice and I'll keep this pattern in mind as "easy to sew for a beginner".
