The dress (and model) are adorable. I must get this pattern for my twin nieces. I don't care for children in black also, but with the bright flowers and your embellishments the dress is stunning. Hope you don't mind but I am going to steal your idea with making the side bands and not have them tie in the back. Thanks for the great pictures you did a wonderful job on this garment.

That is really pretty. I agree with you about black, but this does not actually come off as a black dress. Great job!
