That fabric is too cute- the Peter Rabbit one, I mean. Is it knit? Where did you find it? The hats are adorable and it's so wonderful of you to sew them for the hospital.

I have made baby/toddlers hats b4 and they always turn out big. Like you, I end up taking them in quite a bit. They turned out cute.

The Peter Rabbit is flannel I got at a local quilt shop, Rosie's Calico Cupboard. I used it for a friends receiving blankets and now I'm using remnants of that for flannel bootie bottoms with green ribbing to match the hats. It was great quality flannel too.
