This is how I like to do an elastic waist with no poof in the front. I don't know how pajama pants can be flattering but these seem to be.

This has the gorgeous back view you can get even with elastic-waist Burdas, because of that fine crotch curve. Congratulations on fine-looking casual pants!

Oh, but these photos do look flattering and I can tell that the pj bottoms do rock, indeed! Fabulous job matching and thanks for that interfacing/flat front on the elastic waist tip--I can see how that would work out very nicely. I'll have to try it!
