Thanks for the great tutorial! I'm going to give it a try, I've never had any luck with shirring (I can't get the fabric to shirr enough). Very cute dress on your very cute daughter!

the dress is lovely.shirred dresses and tops are super easy and quick.I wind my bobbins by hand ,firm but not tight,I steam press at the end and the elastic gathers a bit more.thanks for going to the effort of writing a tutorial:)
