Congrats on overcoming your fear of knits. I too have recently started sewing with knits, and this is after many, many years of sewing. I can say that I am almost comfortable now, thanks to all the encouragement that I have received from the generous sewers here at pattern review. Do you have a picture of your top?

Alas, I do not have a digital camera nor would I know how to use one. My son promises to help me out when he arrives this summer and I will post one then.
