It sounds like you might consider using a smaller size altogether for tops, and making the dreaded FBA.. I can easily see making height adjustments systematically because you're short, but if you're tightening up everything else it's because you need a smaller size as well. I'd almost suggest a petite Burda pattern to start, or a Jalie? But at least you can reuse this one :-). Great wardrobe as always..
