I really like this pattern. I've been looking for a close fitting pant pattern, so thanks for the review. I've made a few Burda pants and they had the same waistband application. I didn't think it would look professional either. Thanks for explaining how you handled it. Very cute fabric!

Nice pants. Could you show a close up the waistband. Sounds like a good tip if I try this pattern.

I don't know why Burda insists on using that cr*ppy waistband technique; they've been doing it for years. Your method works much better. It's a cleaner finish and allows you to alter the CB like men's pants can be altered. Your pants look great - such pretty fabric.

Really cute pants! Thanks for the warning about the waistband- I will remember that about Burda patterns. I wish I had the figure to wear patterned capris! (Day 16 in a so far, resultless, diet).

I like the fabric choice too! The pants look very cute and comfortable. Good idea with the pocket for your cell phone.
