Do you have to ease the sleeves in or can they be sewn in flat?

I always have mixed feeling about this pattern. I feel that I should try it when I see the reviews, but can't convince myself it would look good on me. Your's is yet another review that puts me in that quandry! Glad to hear it worked well for you, and good idea on piecing the fabric.

I would love to see a picture of this. Most of the reviews are not by plus size gals and the photo would be most appreciated.
