I think a good serging or ZigZag would fill the bill... After downloading and printing off the directions, the quilted layer - stuffing if you will - is the 'interior' wrong side. I would use needle punch layer for the filling and am jiggling it around in my mind the necessary extra lining layer.. I suppose I should just look for quilted osnaburg ? what ever that exactly is... I should be stitching not fussing/reading on PR... 23 days till Christmas Eve.... projects to be done~
