Well done! I made this last December out of a lightweight silk jacquard (no stretch) but used a stretch silk lining. I didn't notice the tight armholes in my muslin nor in a test garment fully lined, but I sure did in the final dress! I have since opened the CB seam a bit, because I wasn't happy with the zipper insertion anyway. And I had left large CB seam allowances, thinking my fitting friend was fitting it a bit too close, and I wanted a little wiggle room.
