Ooooh, that fabric is lovely - beautiful sheen and drape. I'm not sure I'd call it Tim Burtonesque, however. Not unless you style it with teased crazy hair and black fingernails. (hehe) Where I come from a long black skirt is as ubiquitous as a LBD, and every woman has at least one she wears often in Winter with black boots and a cheerful blouse. Nice choice!

I LOVE IT. I have that pattern, was also thinking of a tim burton-y skirt, and am off to go do it now! Great inspiration!

This has a lovely drape, and the shaped yoke is especially elegant. :o)
