Yay! You finished your gown and it looks great! Your fabric choice is pretty and the eyelet lace gives it a nice feminine touch. I predict several more pretty gowns are in your sewing future! :-)

AFAIK Kwik-Sew always uses 1/4" seams, even for wovens. Disappointing that the sizing was off -- hope the next version comes out the right size. In any case, this gown looks very nice and well made!
