I have this pattern also - just haven't pulled it out to make yet. I hear a rumor that aprons can keep airborn sauces off of shirts ... lol

I like an apron that provides a lot of coverage and this one seems to do that. You made good use of a troublesome fabric and got a nice apron in the bargain.
