Hi Rhonda, I just sewed the pajama foot fabric in the normal way. I really isn't that thick and didn't bother the sewing stitches in anyway.

Oh, wow, I love them and I'm intrigued by the idea of making slippers. My sister's feet are very hard to fit and it would be good to make a pair of custom slippers for her! Love the fabric!

The bottoms are non-skid pajama feet fabric. I pressed the seams to one side and seamed everything as usual. I finished the seams with a zig zag.
