Hi, great job on the dress! I'm considering making it and just had a question about the lining... like you I want to make it in cotton, and the method of lining advised by the pattern seems very laborious, but I'm worried about how it will affect the appearance of the bodice- what's your opinion? As someone who has made the dress in cotton without lining, is it necessary?
