Pattern Description:
1950s dress design, more dressy than casual for day to day use.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
For the most part
Were the instructions easy to follow?
Very challenging for a beginner, but after some research it was ok.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Was a little hard to follow
Fabric Used:
Taffetta
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I didn't make the belt, but plan to
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
Definitely, but not with taffetta. Tafetta made it light, but with it being so delicate, it makes it hard to wear. Everything snags it.
Conclusion:
Great pattern idea. I love how it fits, and how it looks. Just be prepared for a long haul.
