Adorable shirt--and a sweet little boy! It's so cute that he wants to wear shirts like his Dad does! Thanks for reviewing this shirt--I've been planning on making this shirt for my ds to wear on his first day of kindergarten. You've inspired me to get started!

Your son is so cute in that classy shirt. Isn't it a kick that he expresses distinct preferences--wanting seams to lie smooth and flat, and to look just like Dad--at his tender age. The Octobre designs sure are special.

What an adorable shirt & adorable picture. I'm certain that the back "design feature" is fine!

That's a sweet little shirt, Tanya! I made a seersucker shirt for my little boy last summer, and found that seersucker doesn't always like to be edge- or topstitched. The puckery little edges don't always behave. Maybe that's part of the charm!
