It looks like a really pretty skirt! Do you mean it's a bubble-type ruffle vs. the flounce options? Hard to tell from the photo, but it's really cute!

I used the bubble type ruffle. I think the pattern calls for a tad stiffer fabric. The fabric I used was very light so it had no body with which to 'poof'. Thanks for the comments. I have about a yard left of 60" ... what t'do what t'do :)

Very cute skirt. Love the fabric you paired with this pattern. Good luck on figuring out something for the remaining yard of fabric (I'm thinking a peasant style blouse, but I'm not always good at matching fabrics to patterns!)
