Like you, I made this pattern, but it wasn't easy to get it properly adjusted. I like the idea of dolman sleeves, but so often there is far too much fabric under the arms. I am also short, but am much older -- So I didn't include the band around the bottom, but shortened it anyway. With a very drapey, lightweight knit, the pattern MIGHT be worth the effort.
