Very nice fabric and tunic. Hmm, maybe if you used a rayon lining such as Ambiance you might not get the clinginess? I'm thinking the slick Ambiance might slide right over the blue jeans. But you'll want to get it from someone more knowledgable than I am.

The bunching probably would not happen if you made the top in a fabric that drapes easily, like silk or a soft polyester or rayon. It looks cute in that fabric, but wearability is important, too.
