I have just cut the jacket out in fleece, was worried about the flat seam on the hood, will experiment before I try their instructions--thanks .

Thanks for the reference to the Malden Mills site. I flat locked a Pendleton Wool-Scrap quilt this spring, and it worked great.

I wholeheartedy agree that many patterns need to be updated for fleece techniques!! If you go to the Malden Mills site ( ) there's great info on flatlocking on a serger too that has come in very handy for fleece projects and would be great for babies. Very nice job and detailed review!
