worst part is, I used a border print (Kokka putite ecore) and centred the schoolhouse and also didn't trust my gut. It worked out well, but I will be making it in one piece for my jacket! I agree, that her placement of fabric tends to be wasteful :)

2 Airedales n Me said... I have this pattern and just received two different laminated fabrics (with fun coordinates for the lining) from an on-line source. I live in a rainy climate so need the laminate at times but think it would be dead-cute in a light denim or blachu batik as well...both of which I have in my stash! Thanks for the review.
