this dress looks so wonderfully Spring and the ties are interesting as you can add a detail like that to any dress, but flopping down softly over the shoulder would be better then sticking up. I know what you mean about the soft cotton lining I love that too, try finding a RTW with that, you can't. Your a connoisseur of good quality.
