Love it! I have been planning to make a few of these for an upcoming surgery, and yours is the nicest I've seen.

Be sure and mention that she should make sure the nursing staff knows not to put her beautiful gowns in with the hospital linens! Every once in a while we run across gowns from other facilities, which probably arrived on a patient who was transferred from another hospital, and they always look much better to us. (I think I've run across 1 bespoke hospital gown in something like 38 years in health care.

I too made this pattern and loved it. It took a little longer than I expected because the directions were not as I am used to seeing. I made one for my daughter who is having a baby in October.
