Black thread is weak? Why black thread? Cute pillow! I might have made an interior pillow of cotton then made the cover to reduce fuzziness and leeching. And clever to sew the zipper tab shut so tiny prying fingers can't get at it!

Just googled the black thread issue, and there are threads here on PR about it - something to do with the amount of dye required for black thread??

Yes, I learned from Bob at the School of Threadology (sic) about the black thread issue. My field research here seems to concur. He is the Superior Thread guy.
