Thanks for your review Kathy, I have this pattern and will try it, and after my success with Burda 2866 fitted stretch no waist band, but not too fitted, you might like to try it , I have a flat butt problem too!

Thanks for a thorough review. Any chance of posting a picture? I have this pattern, but the envelope picture is such a turn-off! Maybe now I'll give it a try.

Kathy, I'm glad this worked for you. I still love this pattern, even though I have had it for years. It is always the first one I recommend for beginners, or for women who have had trouble getting pants to fit. Wish Burda would do something about that ugly cover photo:)! Some of the pictures from these reviews would be a lot better advertisement for this great little pattern.
