I think you were right to add the straps. The decolletage is low, but it looks trustworthy. There is nothing worse than wearing a dress in constant threat of flashing everyone. Without this bodice being somehow anchored/attached to an underbodice or corset that sits on the hip there is no way to be secure. Have you noticed that we all hunker into a strapless dress if we do not trust the design, not a good look. Now your daughter can throw her shoulders back and trust the dress. Well done it looks lovely!
