said... Wonderful!!! I have made the top as well as the skirt but now looking at the longer version, I can't wait to try the skirt in the longer length. This pattern is definitely a winner! Shall we vote it pattern of the month? 7/7/02 10:58 PM

said... Beautiful fabric and a terrific outfit! Every version I've seen of this pattern looks great. I haven't sewn for a long time and tend to feel clueless when starting up again. Since almost all my efforts were with woven fabric, I'm hesitant to try knits--they seem harder to work with somehow, although I often buy RTW knits. I found an online sewing class at sew-whats-new.com and plan to try one of those skirts to get back in the sewing game. Do you think this KS pattern would be a good 2nd or 3rd project? 7/26/02 10:05 PM

Thanks so much for the PM and for going to the trouble of adding the photo again. Also like the green top with the llettuce edge. Great idea. I can't wait to make one too.
