This looks cute on your dress form, and I can't imagine it looks bad enough to get a laugh (ack, bummer!)! I am sure a floatier fabric would fix that though (gauze perhaps?) ..maybe..I hope so, I have had this pattern in my stash for a good while and would love to make it! Thanks for the review! I bet it would make cute pj's too.

Oh, boy.... I'm glad I read this review! I have my pattern all cut out and have been questioning myself on the tissue fitting, as they do seem to fit very big! I'm pattern size 24, and the 22 is looking like it will fit just fine, which I found hard to believe. I remember how cute these were in the 70's... I hope I don't find that old adage is true - if you wore it the first time it was in style, DON'T wear it the second time! We'll see!
