Gabrielle, This dress is just stunning on you! I'm glad you explained the very haughty look -- too bad the photographers weren't intimidated. But then most of them never are! That pattern was perfect for you & the occasion, as is the fabric. I'd love to see the back view. Thanks so much for reviewing it for us.

Definitely a wonderful 30's dance dress. It looks like it's hard to stay still in it, even if it's not your usual style. Now you've got a great outfit for a murder mystery evening!

I think you are being too harsh on yourself, the dress is sooo pretty and it is very flattering on you. I love it. The stretch lace makes it much better than the pattern picture actually
