This is really lovely. Looks as though a lot of painstaking effort went into its construction. A labor of love for a horsewoman? You look great riding side-saddle in it. I admire your riding style as much as your sewing project. Good luck with future riding habits and events. I look forward to more reviews too.

Thank you for the lovely comments. Yes, sort of made the hat as well. I purchased the buckram frame and covered it in the same wool as the collar and added the feather and flower.
