You did a really great job.. I've been sewing for over 20 years (yes I'm only 29) I started professionally my freshman year of highschool for drama departments. I now sew all my daughters pageant dresses I usually make my own pattern but this is soooo close to what I want i will take very little tweaking. You review was really helpful so I thought I'd give you alittle help as well :) something that would really help your dress is a crinoline. I made one really nice one for my daughter and she wears it under all her dresses. Not only will it puff up the dress a little but it will shorten it without hemming and make it easy for her to walk in. On my little girls i did thee tears of netting (2layers) and the 3 layer closest to her legs is slip layer (no ichy legs) but the bottom of the slip layer i made a casing and put in metal corset boning (inch wide) its really flexable but really makes it poof. but a good underskirt she can use for years and years and years.. I made it draw string with ribbon. All in all you did a awesome job :)

Gorgeous! I also Made this one up for my DD's 3rd Bday and had to tack the bottom under as it was so long!
