WOMDERFUL rescue -- and a great review.

Your work on the gusset is impressive. I want to try a sweater, but am still too intimidated--yours looks so nice. I'm not clear why you are still looking for a twin set pattern--too difficult to fit this one, I guess?

Your outfit looks very nice on you. You did a great job of fitting the top with the gussets.

I really like this top, Tami...I may have to get the pattern, too. Great work!

Tami, try the petite plus twin sweater set. You may have to lengthen, but the bust alteration is already done. You did a good job with the fix. Don't you love it when a wadder becomes wonderful?

Tami, I have this pattern too and think it is very good for thinner (t-shirt weight) knits. For sweater knits, I would go up a size or two as they need more ease. A finished garment in similar fabric makes a good reference. Stretch and Sew patterns are very well-drafted, but the fabric recommendations tend to be a bit vague. It always helps to look at the finished garment size in adition to the size chart. The gussets are such a good idea-Barbara Deckert's book is wonderful.
