Such cute girls and dresses. The little one looks so proud to be dressed like her big sister. What a lot of work to make all those ruffles. My niece (in France) takes Flamenco dance classes and my mother-in-law makes all her dresses. She couldn't find a pattern, but is skilled at making her own pattern. She also has a hard time finding silky polka dotted fabric to use. Apparently is is more available in Spain.
