Very nice addition in the second layer and the embroidery. I like the contrast colors in the skirt and bodice. Good job!

I really like the 2 layer skirt with the lettuce hem! My first version of this, going by my actual measurements, turned out quite snug, too. I've made two more that fit to perfection -- I ended up going up a size in the bodice, cutting the waistband the next size up from that, then cutting the skirt another size up from that at the waist, and grading out two more sizes by the low hip. (I'm a bit of a pear, and don't like tight below the waist.) The great stretch and recovery in my bamboo/lycra and rayon/lycra jerseys made this no problem to assemble. Looks great now, and no need to hold my breath while wearing!
