	SewPaula said... I bought the Stretchrite elastic that was selling for $1.50 at the fabric store down the street from my office. I don't think that it is the brand so much as the freshness. I don't even remember buying the old elastic so it is at least 5 years old and may be even older. The new elastic worked like a charm, however, 9/6/11 9:26 PM
