no interfacing. A skirt yoke (just from waist to hip), with the tulle attached at the hipline, then the lining attached after that to the same seamline. Does that help?

Hi I am making the tutu right now. The instructions look like there was interfacing on it but I am think it was the lining that they were trying to illustrate. Can you clarify?
