Your t-shirt looks really nice! Did you use the clear elastic to stabilize the shoulder /neck seams? I just wondered, because if you had trouble w/ the elastic, you can also use scraps of fusible interfacing(on the shoulder seams at least)-just fuse it along the seamline of either the front or back shoulder and stitch. Twill tape or hem tape (not the lacey kind) works also. Thanks for the review, it's nice that you had such a positive first experience with knits :o)

Nice job. I have this book, but haven't made anything from it yet. I like the tee a lot. I've never had much success with clear elastic as stabilizer, but I know many people love it. I use fusible interfacing as Hilary mentions. I have a lot more control that way.
