The dress looks great! If you fuse knit interfacing to the hem first, then use your twin needle on regular tension, you should get a super result with no tunneling! I do this all the time & have always had success with it. I hope you try it & are happy with the results. Keep on persevering, knits are great to sew with once you've got a few trys under your belt.
