I am a Pattern Master user too and the ruffle collar jacket is something I had in mind for a stable knit top to go with a short skirt with circular ruffle I made last spring. I didn't hem the ruffle either -- just used a wave rotary cutter. Thanks for posting the design specs too. Helps me a lot.
