Barb--they have a side zip. Wouldn't it be great if we could just skip the closure part?

These are definitely worth the ironing! What great looking jeans! I loved this pattern in the Ottobre issue as soon as I saw it ..... a while ago. Your jeans make me really want to make myself a pair.

Lots of unique details on these jeans. Do they have an opening/zipper somewhere? They look perfect for your shape. I have a cut of denim from HR that I've washed about 8 times and it's still as stiff and a shingle.

I'd meant to make these pants, but forgot about them (so many patterns, so little time). Thanks for reviewing this -- yours look great, and have inspired me to go find that issue!
