Pattern Sizing:
Ottobre sizes 34 through 52. I am between a 38 and a 40 at the moment (darn that Christmas eating!), so made a 40 as pj's need to be comfortable and I prefer them to be larger.
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it?
It is similar. Mine is made in shiny satin and I made mine slightly differently.
Were the instructions easy to follow?
The instructions were fine. The only have written instructions - no diagrams.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern?
Simple little pattern.
Fabric Used:
Stretch satin (polyeter) bought in March 2009 from Lincraft.
I used a longer length than they state. I used about 75cm and they list 55cm. They base the length required on a wider fabric width (145-150cm).
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made:
I left off the drawstring. I did not use the casing for the elastic so cut off the wasitband facing. Instead I used boxer elastic and sewed it on in multiple rows. I also did not use the picot edge lace on the hem.
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others?
I would sew these again as I think I will really like wearing these on warm summer nights.
Nice use for this fabric. They should be lovely to wear. I like my PJs a bit loose, too.

How cute! I have this issue so I must get going on it. Thanks for the review and the tip on the elastic.
