This looks like a great shirt and the wrinkles at the back don't look all that bad and could possibly be ironed mostly out???

Thanks, RLL. No, that shirt has been pressed. I'm pretty sure I needed a longer neckband to accommodate the neck opening. I changed something (sleeve/torso parts) and I didn't change something else (the neckband) and so I had to really stretch that neckband. There was just too much fabric in the torso pieces and raglan sleeve parts to fit nicely with the stretched neckband. Next time I'll do a better job of it.
