I love your top. You have done brilliantly with taming the knits. I know it may be thought of as defeating the object of the pattern, but do you think a soft self made piping would work instead of the zip.

Clare, yes, I think piping would work just as well, and offer an interesting alternate look!

Nice job. I really like your collar and that it does NOT drape like the envelope....if fact I had not noticed the collar on this pattern because I thought it was just another drapey neck top.
